In a CNC shop floor, metal chips fly everywhere. Coolant splashes. Dust from grinding settles into every gap. If you use an open plastic drag chain, those debris will work their way inside – jamming links, cutting into cable jackets, and eventually causing a short circuit or a stopped machine.

The Yodel TLG Series solves that with a fully enclosed steel body. The side plates are made from either galvanised steel (for general factory use) or 304 stainless steel (for wet, corrosive, or outdoor conditions). The top and bottom covers are steel as well, sealing the interior from falling chips and airborne dust. Inside, you still get the same aluminium crossbars as our bridge‑type chain – but now they sit inside a closed tunnel.

What makes this chain practical, not just protective? The crossbars can be pre‑drilled to match your exact cable and hose layout. Or you can snap in internal plastic separators to keep power cables away from signal lines. Once installed, you never have to worry about a stray piece of cast iron embedding itself into a moving link.  Dividers fit inside the crossbars or between links. Create separate lanes for power, data, pneumatic, and hydraulic lines. Eliminates cross‑talk and chafing.
