Yodel makes this 55mm inner height cable carrier for big industrial machinery that pulls heavy cables over long strokes. The material is PA66 nylon with 30% glass fiber mixed in. That raises stiffness, tensile strength, and impact resistance well above what standard nylon gives you. The side plates and crossbar come thicker than typical carriers. That extra thickness stops bending and warping when the machine runs long hours or carries multiple thick cables and hoses at once. Pick between two layouts. Bridge style leaves the top open. You lay cables in from above without threading. Heat escapes out the top too. Fully enclosed closes all sides. Dust, metal chips, coolant mist, and oil spray stay outside. Add separators if you need to keep power cables away from signal lines or hydraulic hoses. Add steel joints if the carrier runs a long distance or shakes hard during operation.
