Product Description:
Yodel makes this 65mm inner height cable carrier for heavy machinery that runs hard in bad conditions. The material is PA66 nylon with 30% glass fiber mixed in. That raises stiffness and pulling strength way above what standard nylon gives you. The crossbar and body walls are thicker than the usual 12mm you see on most carriers. That extra thickness stops sagging and bending when the machine shuttles back and forth all day. Pick between two layouts. Bridge style leaves the top open. You drop cables in from above without threading. Heat escapes out the top too. Fully enclosed closes all sides. Dust, rock chips, oil spray, and saltwater stay outside. Add separators if you need to keep power lines away from signal or hydraulic hoses. Add steel joints if the carrier runs a long distance or shakes hard during operation.
1. PA66 + 30% glass fiber
Plain nylon creeps and deforms under heavy load. Glass fiber stops that. The material holds its shape even when the machine runs hot or carries high tension.
2. Crossbar thicker than 12mm
Most carriers in this class use a 12mm crossbar. Yodel adds more material. The thicker bar resists bowing and spreads the pulling force across more surface area.
3. Bridge version – open top
Top stays open like a ladder frame. You lay cables in from above. No threading or pulling through. Hot air rises out so internal heat does not build up.
4. Fully enclosed version – sealed body
All sides closed tight. No dust entry. No rock chips. No coolant or salt spray reaching your cables. Good for underground mines and seaside ports.
5. Separators keep cables apart
Power cables rub against signal lines over time. Separators create dedicated lanes. Less friction. Less electrical interference.
6. Steel joints for long travel
Plastic joints work for short moves. Long travel or high vibration calls for steel. Steel joints handle the load better and do not loosen over time.
Application :
Mining
Use this carrier on underground drills, continuous miners, and belt loaders. The fully enclosed version keeps dust out. Vibration does not loosen the joints. Control cables run inside — if those break, the whole line stops.
Construction
Excavators, bulldozers, and drilling rigs see mud, rock strikes, and temperature swings. This carrier takes that. Open bridge style works well here. Crews can spot cable wear in seconds during a quick walk-around.
Port
Container cranes and ship unloaders run near saltwater 24 hours a day. Steel rusts. PA66 with glass fiber does not. Fully enclosed blocks salt spray. Steel joints survive the long travel on gantry rails.
Other heavy industry
Steel mills. Aggregate crushers. Heavy automation lines. Any place where a 65mm inner height fits and the load never drops.

The heavy-duty cable carrier with an inner height of 65mm can be equipped with separators.

Steel connectors are also available as an option.
